Rental Contract

EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT This Equipment Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [5/13/2025], by and between Equipment Supply Pros, located in Bakersfield, CA ("Lessor"), and [Customer listed above] ("Lessee").

2. Lessee Responsibilities

Lessee agrees to use equipment only for its intended purpose.

Lessee must return the equipment in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Any necessary repairs due to damage caused by Lessee will be billed to Lessee.

3. Liability & Insurance

Lessee assumes all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

Lessee agrees to carry insurance for damages, loss, or liability related to the equipment.

4. Equipment Maintenance & Return

Lessor is responsible for maintaining equipment before rental.

Lessee must return equipment by the due date; late returns may incur additional fees.

5. Indemnification & Damage Responsibility

Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lessor from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented equipment.

If the equipment is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, Lessee agrees to pay for repair costs, including parts and labor. If the equipment is deemed irreparable, Lessee is responsible for its full replacement value.

6. Late Fees & Extensions

Lessee acknowledges that late returns will result in additional charges of [$Amount] per day. Extensions must be requested in writing and approved by Lessor.

7. Unauthorized Use & Subleasing

Lessee may not modify, sublease, or use the equipment for any purpose other than what was agreed upon. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the agreement and potential legal action.

Lessee must inspect the equipment upon receipt and report any pre-existing damage within [Timeframe]. Failure to do so implies acceptance of the equipment’s condition.

9. Force Majeure

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
